Servers will be down for 20 minutes for maintenance

Dear Customers,

MySQL upgrades will be performed on our servers on May 4, 2009 at around 10:00PM CST.

We are upgrading our servers from MySQL 5.0 to MySQL 5.1.30. We will also be enabling InnoDB as several large ecommerce scripts are now requiring this storage engine for proper functionality (such as Magento).

During the time of the upgrade, you may notice temporary down time on MySQL, high load, and possible slower load times on HTTP. There will also be a period of about 20 minutes during which all sites must be put under maintenance while PHP rebuilds. Thank you for your patience while we perform these upgrades and strive to keep your server well maintained.
