All customer accounts are backed up onto two separate dedicated servers, located in Los Angeles, CA, USA and Canary Wharf, London, UK. These backups are done daily, how-ever these backups are for use in case of a hard drive failure or data was lost on our part.

You the client, it's your responisiblity to keep and do your own backups, we have provided a functionality through your web host control panel (cpanel) that will allow you to back up your web site information, email configurations and settings and MySQL database information.  

For an extra £15 ($25 USD), our support technicians can log into your website and perform daily, weekly and monthly backups for you. To order this contact our support team and we will set this up for you.
