What kind of support do you provide?

At Business Hosting Online we gain customer loyalty the old fashioned way, we earn it. One of the ways we earn customer loyalty is by support! We strive on fixing problems before they come up, like having high end servers, stable software and a good team dedicated to the web hosting industry. By doing so, we have very little server downtime, which means our Support Staff have more time for you. 
We don't believe in 24/7 support because at the end of the day, this has to be paid by you, by increasing your hosting and domain costs. 
What we do however is guarantee a fast resolution to any reported problems or information requests. We aim to answer all support tickets within the hour, during our business hours (10am to 10pm Mon to Sun GMT). If you don't receive a response within the hour, don't panic, we guarantee a response will happen the same day, our team constantly monitors the Support Ticket System and are equiped with the knowledge to answer the majority of requests.
